Keeping a healthy lifestyle might seem like a tall order especially with so much happening around us and most importantly without having any motivating factor, isn’t it? in such scenarios, having some friendly advice at your disposal motivates you and keeps you going strong.
You can count on me for this! My pursuit is to lead you to take the road to good health through simple yet effective ways.
Now, here is a little about me, I am a health enthusiast and exploring nutritious food options and incorporating small new healthy things in my daily routine is something that tickles my fancy.
Might sound crazy right? It would have been to me too, a few years back!
I used to weigh 80kgs (176 pounds) and came down to 54kgs (119 pounds) in a span of 1 year, and since then there has been no looking back. This was a turning point in my life and gave me a chance to discover a new, healthier version of myself.
During this time, I used to get so fed up searching answers for my health, diet, and weight-related issues online as everything was so scattered. This is when the idea of creating an online one-stop health resource struck me and here we are with HealthPacker!
I would love to help all those of you who are struggling to lead a better and healthier life, with my personal experiences and findings. I try my best to put on the motivational hat to pen posts revolving around tried and tested diets, fitness and weight loss tips, and also ways to maintain overall healthy wellbeing.
